Checklist Comments:    Cloudy and 44-48 degrees with winds SW 4 mph. With Brookline Bird Club walk led by Dave Williams. Stops at Lot 1 ocean, main pans, Wardens, Hellcat dike and part of Dunes Loop. Also Stage Island trail to platform and Lot 7 ocean platform.

Max McCarthy and party had just seen it and had good photos when our group arrived.  We had brief looks before it finally landed in the open on a branch, long enough for the group to see.  Lemony yellow belly, white throat and grayish olive back. White on tail when it flew.
