Comments:     BBC – Halibut Point State Park, Rockport, Morning – Leader: Peter Van Demark – Clear, mild, light wind. Huge flock of swallows near Sea Rocks was a delight to experience. Vegetation very stressed from drought. <br />Submitted from eBird for iOS, version 1.2.6 Build 75

Common Eider  26     Group of 5 flew by and about 20 swimming along shore
Double-crested Cormorant  14     3 at quarry, which is unusual.

Blue Jay  1     Heard many more
American Crow  6
Tree Swallow  1000     Plus at least 250 flying over Folly Point. Most roosting near Sea Rocks, but saw groups flying over everywhere in the park. Probably some Northern Rough-winged Swallows mixed in.
