Comments: Seven birders joined me on this BBC Birding 101 walk. With a temp of about 43F and overcast sky, migrants were pretty quiet. A lot of basics were covered. The highlight was a Solitary Sandpiper, the first I’ve seen in Cold Spring, by the bridge at the start of the health trail.
