Heard Farm Conservation Area, Middlesex, Massachusetts, US
May 18, 2026 6:18 AM – 8:30 AM
Protocol: Traveling
0.93 mile(s)
Checklist Comments: Short (in distance) and slow walk to maximize sighting/photos of bobolinks, so species count about 2/3 of what it might have been with walks down to river and full circuit. Many regulars therefore missed and a couple Merlin claims not verified as we focused on other birds. Beautiful day and fun walk with three pleasant and enthusiastic birders.
