Checklist Comments: A fine, sunny day with little breeze. There was no emergent vegetation yet in the impoundments, making for great visibility. A few species always or usually present on this trip in the past were missing: GBH, Belted Kingfisher, Eastern Bluebird. Count of Red-winged Blackbird is best estimate. We did not get to the loop around the lower impoundment. Thanks to all participants.

In past years, around this date, these have included Alder Flycatcher, Yellow-throated Vireo, Kentucky Warbler, and both cuckoos. This is a one-mile
