Since its launch in 2015, the eBird mobile app has become an immensely popular way to record bird observations. To help us use the app in the field, we will tackle topics like sorting and searching species, modifying the GPS track to determine distance and time, addressing the “high count” and “rare” filters, etc. When eBirders return from the field, we bring our workflow to the eBird website. We will learn common actions like adding media to checklists and locating observations in public output. The webinar will include a mix of recordings and live demonstrations from Sam Zhang, frequent eBird user. Bring your questions!

Unless otherwise stated, all trips are free to attend and do not need preregistration. You do not need to be a club member to attend, though we hope you will join.
