Dovekie  1    Emerson Rocks. Fly out to sea then set down and could not relocate. Small alcid substantially smaller than Razorbills.

Turkey Vulture  1    Seen above tree line on mainland from Wardens.
Northern Harrier  1    North end of refuge. Multiple sightings but believe only one bird involved.

Rough-legged Hawk  1    New pines overlook south into marsh. Lighter bird. Appears similar to photos from recent observations.
Snowy Owl  2    One in marsh south of New Pines near Grape Island area.  Second seen by one person at Sandy Point back lot.
