Rough-legged Hawk  1    Distant scope view, perched on a small tree, at one point it preened extensively and showed me the broad white retrices with a black terminal band.

Checklist Comments:    One harp seal, hauled out on the boat ramp. Sleeping mostly, but occasionally stretching flippetscto cool down in the 28F heat. Photos of the harp seal in the Great Cormoraant spot.
