The Black AF In STEM Collective https://www.blackafinstem.com/ is presenting the third annual Black Birders Week, a series of virtual and in person events aimed at increasing the visibility of Black birders and nature enthusiasts, who face unique challenges and dangers when engaging in outdoor activities.

The Brookline Bird Club will be co-sponsoring a walk celebrating Black Birders Week, Sunday June 5, 8:00-10:00 AM at Franklin Park. The walk is led by Michael Bryant, a.k.a. Nature Man Mike (pictured here), and Jeannine Laing of Franklin Park Tennis Association.
