Donation to Preserve Cliff Swallow Colony in Rowe
The BBC is pleased to announce our donation of $500 to Swallow Conservation, led by Mara Silver, to help fund the installation of a free-standing Cliff Swallow nesting structure near the swallow colony at the Rowe town hall.
Mara has dedicated herself to preserving the Cliff Swallow colonies in Massachusetts, and she is collaborating with the Rowe Park Department on this project. The BBC is proud to be one of Swallow Conservation’s strongest supporters.

Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, Concord
We will look for early migrants, waterfowl, and waders. Conditions may be wet; boots advised. Note that an entrance fee or pass is required.
