Birding 101

We will walk easy trails looking for birds. This is a good time for raptors. Beginners welcome. Note that entrance fee or pass is required.

Join us as we walk on easy paths around the refuge impoundments in hopes of finding fall migrants such as waterfowl, raptors, shorebirds and sparrows. Note that entrance fee or pass is required.

We will look for late fall migrants and new winter arrivals in Franklin Park. Beginners welcome and encouraged. Expect to walk up to 2 miles on paved paths. Loaner binoculars available.
