Franklin Park: Overlook Ruins, White Stadium & Bear Cages

We will look for warblers, vireos, orioles, and other spring migrants in the northern section of Franklin Park, covering the Overlook Ruins, White Stadium, the Bear Dens, and the Playstead. Beginners welcome and encouraged. Limited loaner binoculars available. Terrain will be mix of paved and unpaved paths and grassy fields and we’ll walk up to 1.5 miles. Co-sponsored with the Franklin Park Coalition and Franklin Park Tennis Association.

BBC field trips are open to all participants. Unless otherwise stated, all trips are free to attend and do not need preregistration.
