Stops may include Belle Isle Marsh, The Key, Revere Beach, and Winthrop. We will not be carpooling so participants must have their own cars.

We will be looking for Shorebirds and Fall migrants. We will drive and walk to various places on the Refuge. Note that an entrance fee or pass is required. Restrooms available.

We will be walking the North Pool dike as well as visiting other spots. Note that an entrance fee or pass is required. Restrooms available.

We will visit several different lakes and ponds in Wakefield and Lynnfield primarily looking for waterfowl. There will be some walking.

We will visit several different water bodies in Essex County in attempting to see as many as 25 different species of Ducks and Geese. There will be some walking. We will end up at the Parker River National Wildlife Refuge. Note that an entrance fee or pass is required to visit Parker River NWR.

THIS TRIP WILL TAKE PLACE ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 20.  ALL OTHER DETAILS REMAIN UNCHANGED.

We will bird the Salisbury Beach State Park. In case of inclement weather check with leader night before trip. There will be some walking. Restrooms available. THIS TRIP WAS PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY, JANUARY 14.

We will search for alcids and other wintering seabirds. Be prepared for cold and windy weather. In case of inclement weather check with leader night before trip.

We will explore various parts of the Parker River NWR in search of warblers. Note than entrance fee or pass is required. Restrooms available.
