Comments:     Led BBC walk.  Trip began with an excellent visit to the banding station at 8:00.  We saw 8 species of warblers banded. Not listed here.

Connecticut Warbler  1     Seen well, but briefly, twice on the Hellcat trail just past where the northern part
of the Marsh loop returns to the trail.
First observed walking on the ground.  Large eye with distinct, complete white eye ring. Light grey hood.  Olive upperparts.  Underparts yellow.
Second time observed the bird was 12′ up in a Birch tree

Clay-colored Sparrow  1     Continuing bird at the Wardens right at the entrance.
Lark Sparrow  1     Thanks to a heads-up from Tom, we were on the look out for this bird as we drove north.  As we approached the “Tick Farm” we saw Ann, Gary, and Janet observing some birds on the side of the road.  BINGO! There it was with three Chipping sparrows.
