Unless otherwise stated, BBC field trips and webinars are open to all participants and are free to attend. Most field trips do not need preregistration though all webinars do. An easy, approximately two-mile walk on paved paths around the pond.
A small but mighty urban wild that offers a variety of habitat. Expect to see a variety of woodpeckers, resident birds, warblers, and other migratory species, as well as a surprise or two. This area is great for late migrants and nesting species. Blue-winged Warblers and Indigo Buntings are regular nesters. Alder Flycatcher is possible. This is a one-mile walk on paved paths and boardwalk. Insect repellent suggested.

Please join us for a walk around Boston’s beautiful and historic Fenway Victory Gardens in search of late migratory and resident birds. The garden’s grass walkways are generally even, and can be muddy in spots.
Join us to observe resident birds and spring migrants in a unique urban habitat that hosts many bird species and is an excellent location for finding rarities. A BNC naturalist will help us find and identify birds through field marks, sounds, and behaviors. The walk is suitable for all levels of birders. The trails are
