Join us to observe resident birds and winter migrants in a unique urban habitat that is a favorite for many bird species, including uncommon and rare birds. Birders of all levels will enjoy this walk. The trails are (generally) flat. A water bottle, water proof clothing including a hat, gloves, and trail shoes are recommended. Binoculars may be available for loan on a first-come, first-served basis. Porta-potties are usually available at this location.

Meeting spot: Main Entrance in the vicinity of the parking lot on 1399 Bennington Street, East Boston.
Public transportation: MBTA Blue Line to Suffolk Downs. Exit station onto Bennington Street, cross street (crossing signal available at crosswalk outside of station), and turn left. Walk about five minutes, Entrance to the reservation will be on your right.
