Starting at Halibut Point, we’ll search for alcids and other ocean birds. Additional stops likely to include Andrews Point, Cathedral Rocks, and Granite Pier. Leader will decide based on reports and logistics. Be prepared for a couple of miles of walking including at Halibut and then possibly parking aproximately 0.6 miles from Andrews Point to find sufficient legal parking. Contact leader if weather seems uncertain. Rain date 12/13. Dress warmly for the weather (expect wind). Porta-potties usually at Halibut parking lot.
Unless otherwise stated, BBC field trips and webinars are open to all participants and are free to attend. Most field trips do not need preregistration though all webinars do.
