Unless otherwise stated, BBC field trips and webinars are open to all participants and are free to attend. Most field trips do not need preregistration though all webinars do. Castle Island & Pleasure Bay
Join Mass. Audubon and the Brookline Bird Club to observe resident birds and fall migrants in a unique urban habitat that is a favorite for many bird species, including uncommon and rare birds. Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge, Concord
Walking about 3 miles on flat easy trails we will search for a variety of birds. Note that an entrance fee or pass is required. If conditions have been cold, be prepared for ice on the trails. Cosponsored with Menotomy Bird club.
Cape Ann
We will search for alcids and other wintering seabirds. Be prepared for cold and windy weather. If inclement weather is predicted, contact the leader by 6:00 pm the previous evening.
