Unless otherwise stated, BBC field trips and webinars are open to all participants and are free to attend. Most field trips do not need preregistration though all webinars do. East Boston - Belle Isle Parking Lot 1399 Bennington Street, BostonLed by DCR staff. We will search on foot up to one mile, on flat, easy terrain for snowy owls and other raptors, native sparrows, finches, waterfowl, and other birds. This is a traveling program by car or bike. Parker River NWR - Lot #1 Refuge Rd., Newbury, MAWe will explore various hot-spots on the refuge. Note that an entrance fee or pass is required to visit Parker River NWR.
Woodcock Watch, Oxbow NWR, Harvard
Harvard - Still River Depot RoadWe will stay until it gets dark to watch for American Woodcock. Come early to enjoy other birds. Rain date Sunday, March 22, same time.
