Beginners encouraged. A two-hour walk over easy to moderate trails in search of seasonal specialties. Boots advisable. Co-sponsored by DCR.
Slow walk of about two miles on slightly hilly trails to check out year-round resident species in the Sanctuary’s woodlands, wetlands and fields. With leaves off the trees, it should be easy to spot the birds that haven’t headed south, and perhaps some winter visitors. Restrooms open from 8:00 AM. Canceled for rain. Note that
