Cosponsored with Boxborough Birders. We will look for resident species including Indigo Bunting, Savannah Sparrow, Hermit Thrush, Scarlet Tanager, Veery, Blue-headed Vireo, Wild Turkey, American Kestrel, and a variety of warblers. Expect to walk about two miles on trails through meadows and woods, with some steep sections. Prepare for ticks. We will bird at the meeting location for about 30 minutes so any latecomers can catch up.

This year Boxborough Birders has collaborated with Fivesparks, an arts organization located in Harvard, on their Birds! exhibition. Fivesparks would like to invite anyone who comes on the Fruitlands bird walk this Saturday to stop by after the walk, at 10 a.m., to view their bird art exhibit (it’s free) and enjoy some refreshments! See this link: https://www.fivesparks.org/event/guided-bird-walk-with-boxborough-birders/ This invitation to Fivesparks Birds! is for everyone on the walk.
