Unless otherwise stated, BBC field trips and webinars are open to all participants and are free to attend. Most field trips do not need preregistration though all webinars do. While you do not need to be a club member to attend, we hope you will join us. See the Field Trip FAQ for answers to general questions. Contact leaders for more details about specific trips.

CC Canal and Sandwich hotspots (Rescheduled from Sunday 2/9 to Saturday 2/8 due to the snow)

Offered by the Cape Cod Bird Club! and co-sponsored by Brookline Bird Club. We’ll begin at the canal (Scusset Beach State Reservation is on the canal) and follow up with visits to the ponds, marshes, bays and backwaters of the Upper Cape. These will include Scusset Beach, Town Neck Road Beach, Shawme Lake and Greenbriar Nature Center. Nearby Sandy Neck Beach is also an option depending on time and energy level. You can carpool with friends/family members or drive individually. In case of bad weather, check with the leader or check the website.
