DESCRIPTION:Join us to observe resident birds and spring migrants in a unique urban habitat that hosts many bird species and is an excellent location for finding rarities. A BNC naturalist will help us find and identify birds through field marks\, sounds\, and behaviors. The walk is suitable for all levels of birders (novice to advanced). The trails are mostly flat and easy to walk and we may walk about 1.5 miles. Millennium usually has water & portapotties near the athletic fields. Participants should wear waterproof footwear and bring sunblock\, insect repellent\, water\, and hats. \nThe walk is free but all participants must pre-register by emailing cgeorge@massaudubon.org and copying neil.calabro1@icloud.com.  Please note that participants must be at least 13 years of age and outings are limited to 30 people. \nPlease re-confirm to cgeorge@massaudubon.org and copying neil.calabro1@icloud.com even if already registered for Saturday. \n
