SUMMARY:Belle Isle Marsh Reservation & Vicinity
DESCRIPTION:Led by DCR staff. We will search on foot up to one mile\, on flat\, easy terrain for osprey\, large groups of egrets\, migrating shorebirds\, meadow and grassland breeders. This is a traveling program by car or bike. Prepare for mosquitoes and ticks. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities available upon request. Ages: Adults and kids 8+ with adult chaperone.

SUMMARY:Crane WMA Evening Walk
DESCRIPTION:This unique grassland habitat is host to a rich variety of species\, including Eastern Meadowlark\, Grasshopper Sparrow\, Bobolink\, American Kestrel\, and possibly Blue Grosbeak. We will focus on observing the meadowlarks and Grasshopper Sparrows for signs of breeding; especially carrying food and recent fledglings.  We will finish up with listening for Eastern Whip-poor-wills call in the surrounding pine barrens after sunset.
